The eyes have it

Last week, I attended a very cool event about the importance of eye exams co-sponsored by BlogHer and LensCrafters.

I was supposed to do this with my oldest but we both came down with strep throat..

I was supposed to go to this... and an insane number of things stopped me from being able to go (you know... nursing newborn, husband who bought tickets to a concert without telling me, no babysitter, horrible rain). Now I'm even more upset I didn't get to go. It sounds like it was a great event... and I would have actually met you! Oh well, maybe I'll get in on the next event.
