Hair update: There is hope

It's looking better today. I used a different brush and my husband's gel. I'm feeling a bit more centered.

Deep breaths.
In and out.
In and out.

Looking better today. There is hope.

It looks fabulous! Even better with that smirky "ok, I won't kill the man" look on your face.
I have been sporting shorter all summer. Got my hair cut last week, by a Chinese lady who didn't speak English and evidently could not decipher what I wanted...which was sooo easy. "I don't care how short it is as long as I can tuck my bangs behind my ears." That translates to, "falling in your face without hairpins" in Chinese.
In fact, I think I'm gonna post that right now! You inspired me!

Hair zen, is never achieved with a new hairstylist. Stick with what`s known. I have had that same feeling, except, I stopped the hair chopper in mid cut and went to another salon. I also didn`t pay.

Thanks everyone! Today looks much like yesterday, so things are looking up.

Elaine - thanks for your input. I do agree that it's never a good idea to go to a new stylist when you want a drastic change. This, however, was my regular guy - who I have been going to for about 7 years. He is a good stylist (it a good cut - just too short); he just got too scissor happy this time around.

I think the cute looks cute. I know it isn't what you wanted; but I really like it.
FWIW I just got ym hair cute and your cute is exactly what I wanted, my hairdresser left mine too long.
